A fine lens comparable in centre sharpness to the EF 100. Edge sharpness is lower then expected, but this seems to be common among EF-S lenses. Likewise, CA increases as aperture decreases.
It also doubles as a nice portrait lens (96mm) but suffers from the same jittery AF as the EF100.
