Since getting my hands on a Nodal Ninja 3 spherical panoramic head, I have been itching to do a HDR QTVR composite.

So here’s an aptly named Itchen Navigation Walk QTVR. The virtual tour is compiled from 33 images, taken in sets of 3 (-2EVev, 0EV & +2EV), 1 set at each 45 degree interval, Nadir, Zenith and handheld patch.

Each set were loaded and tone-mapped using Photomatix Pro, the Nadir hole plugged using CS3 and then stitched using PTGUI Pro. BTW, you will need Quicktime to view the virtual tour!
